Our support staff, the HostHostnists, receive bonuses based on how few follow-ups are required by the customers. They are rewarded for giving you helpful and complete answers, in language you can understand.

The three chief HostHostnists, founders of HostHost, have a combined experience of over 30 years in the IT industry.

Jack Morgan, CEO - Mr. Morgan founded the ISP KDi in Austin, Texas in 1995, and has been involved in the hosting business ever since.

Scott Poarch -
CTO - Mr. Poarch relocated from Japan to join the company in 2000, bringing with him expertise in server management and a deep knowledge of the Asian Market.

Corey Henderson -
Chief Programmer - Tasked with maintaining and developing HostHost's cutting edge hosting technology, Mr. Henderson brings a deep and thorough knowledge of wide range of programming languages to the task.
